Flash player lags full screen when having a single core processor

I’m having a HP 530 Intel celeron computer, with firefox on it. When i run a video on fullscreen mode in firefox the video lags…

A solution found on youtube was running firefox in windows xp sp3 compabitility mode but i’m not sure it works.

Other persons thought it was not adobe’s fault and it gived a fake virused executable.

Another one can be found here:

https://robpol86.com/imagecfg.html

copy the file on desktop: c:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerPlugin_20_0_0_286.exe

imagecfg -a 0x1 “C:\Users\George\Desktop\FlashPlayerPlugin_20_0_0_286.exe”

then copy the file again in the c:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash folder

after doing this it’s a slight improvement but not really the happiest.

Dell E7450 – HDMI to VGA hdmi to vga adapter 1920×1080 not working properly sec windows

The resolution outputed on the extended monitor isn’t clearly 1920×1080 (a bit smaller and blury..i’m using a hdmi to vga adapter), and when I change the resolution on the principal display on the extended one it changes also (it shrinks if i shrink it)…i should stay the same (1920×1080) but it doesn’t.

If I use an older monitor with a smaller optimal resolution (1680×1050) it works just fine.

Solution: updated video card driver and all worked fine for this guy…

BY DEFAULT, WINDOWS LOADS THE MOST BASIC OF VGA DRIVERS DURING SET-UP, FOR COMPATIBILITY REASONS…TRY VISITING THE WEBSITE OF YOUR CHIPSET MANUFACTURER FOR THE PROPER DRIVERS, AND I MEAN INTEL, OR AMD, NOT ATI…THEY SHOULD HAVE THREE CATEGORIES OF UP-TO-DATE DRIVERS FOR YOUR NEEDS:

#1: CHIPSET DRIVERS. These are to support your onboard graphics and processors accesses to the chips.

#2: video drivers.  These are the ones you would need for your O.S.

#3: PROCESSOR DRIVERS.  THESE WOULD UPDATE YOUR BIOS AND MAKE BETTER USE OF THE PHYSICAL INSTRUCTION SETS EMBEDDED IN YOUR PROCESSOR… Download and install all of the ones for your system, and you will be able to remedy your problems.

Hi. I am running Windows XP. I bought a TV monitor with 1920*1080 optimal resolution. Of course I had a bad result however I downloaded and installed drivers for my graphics card. I installed also the software for the TV and voila problem solved. I can be failrly certain that it is all down to software issues and/or settings. Hope this helps
