Property file error (.properties) java

I had an error, when i had to put some unicode characters in a property file.

The thing was that the JBoss application server wasn’t seeing the property file because of the contents. But i have found the solution only after i searched for a specification for a property file. So i found it on wiki:

\uHHHH

It was a must that all four letters or numbers must be written with capitals.

So if we had \u00ea, it wasn’t good, because the parser was seeing ea like the property text, and the unicode couldn’t be unlocked, so the property file was invalid, and the application crashed, beacause of the property file. So i had to search for the places i’ve put \u00ea, and replace ‘ea’, with ‘EA’, so i think the problem is solved. Noob.
